We are creating Thanksgiving bounties for the 40 families in our programs
Thanksgiving Food Boxes are blessings for our families and we need your help. Each box should contain enough food for a family of six.
Boxes typically contain the following:
Gift cards for turkeys
A turkey pan with turkey bag
Stuffing
Instant Mashed Potatoes
Gravy
Cranberries (canned)
Canned Veggies – corn or green beans
Canned Sweet Potatoes or Yams
Brown Sugar
Marshmallows
Canned Pumpkin or Apples
Premade Pie Crusts
Other ideas: craft projects for kids, recipe cards for mom and dad, etc.
Non perishable food donations and/or gift cards will be collected from November 2nd through November 16th.
Thanksgiving Food Boxes will be distributed to families on Monday November 23rd and Tuesday November 24th. We would like to have all donation in by November 16th. So, we can have them given out by November 24th.
